Blue Cue a Hot Nighttime Destination in Sacramento
Sacramento’s Blue Cue restaurant and bar is a trendy nighttime hot spot located downtown on 28th Street. The understated entrance is a bit deceiving, as the inside of this popular destination is spacious and posh—the perfect place for the pop crowd.
Blue billiard tables take center stage, surrounded by lavish, contemporary décor. Pool rates from open until 7 p.m. are $6 per hour; $9 per hour from 7 to 9 p.m.; and $12 hours from 9 p.m. to close. Shuffleboard is also available.
A fully-stocked bar staffed with highly-talented bartenders and a skilled wait staff is on hand to ensure fabulous service and tasty treats to fill the growling stomachs of guests who need a recharge from all the moves on the often-crowded dance floor.
Blue Cue’s cocktails are tasty and potent—the perfect way to compliment a night out. Signature cocktails include items like the Choco-tini, which features Stoli Vanilla vodka, white crème de cacao, Godiva liquor, and fresh cream; the Back Bar Margarita with Sauza Hornitos, triple sec, sweet and sour, orange juice, and Grand Marnier; and the Cream Soda, which features Stoli Vanilla vodka and ginger ale. Ten wine varietals, and about two-dozen varieties of beer and a variety of soft drinks are also available.
The Cue Stick Kitchen offers a variety of freshly-prepared pizzas, entrees and tapas as well. Be sure to try the grilled chicken pizza with bacon, pineapple and roasted peppers; Blue Burger with ground sirloin, blue cheese and bacon; Thai-spiced grilled shrimp skewers; barbecued spare ribs with honey-hoisin sauce; hot wings and blue cheese; or fresh-fried calamari with garlic-chili dipping sauce.
